What challenges did we face?
This customer was out of state. He was planning to move to Cleburne near the end of the project. We worked with the challenge very well.
We installed a septic system, one toilet and a utility sink, shop lights and one automatic garage door.
Solutions Provided
We built a very solid cinder block Garden shed. The shed had a pave stone floor. The floor or deck covered three sides of the shed and under the pergola also.
The roof system is designed to install solar panels at a later date. We like to plan ahead with all our projects.

The customer wanted a porch cover
What challenges did we face?
The porch cover needed to be designed to shed water in a responsible way. The new cover was designed to transfer its water shed onto the three roof systems and into the gutters on its three sides. The roof cover needed to be high enough to cover all three roof systems on its three sides. The three existing roofs were not all in the same plane.
Solutions provided:
The porch cover has a very comfortable feel. It allows for natural breeze and shade from the sun. The cover has a fan and was wired for future lights and sound system.

What challenges did we face?
The design and finishes of the trim were specified by a interior designer.

The customer wanted a kitchen remodel
What challenges did we face?
We had to remove a load bearing wall. Support it according to code and resupport the roof.
We had to move the water heater and maintain hot water through the demo process and until the new framing could be installed and the WH moved to its new location.
Some Plumbing supply lines under the slab had to be moved in order to relocate a wall to enlarge the kitchen. The plumbing supply lines were cut and reconnected using an approved soder for below grade applications.
